Amman, Dec. 30 (Petra) - The Jordan Phosphates Mines Company (JPMC) announced on Tuesday that it has placed its resources across its various work sites at the disposal of administrative governors throughout the Kingdom to assist during the winter season and emergency weather conditions.
The company has instructed its mine managers and site supervisors particularly in Shidiya, Al-Abiad, Al-Hasa, and Aqaba to coordinate directly with local authorities. This cooperation allows for the mobilization of JPMC’s heavy machinery and equipment whenever needed to mitigate the impact of severe weather and ensure the continuity of public services and facilities.
The company stated that this measure is part of its corporate social responsibility and its commitment to supporting national efforts during emergencies, including the current prevailing weather conditions.
