قررت محكمة التمييز في جلستها المنعقدة في 21/4/2021، رد الحكم المميز والمقدم من شركة مناجم لتطوير التعدين.
وأيدت المحكمة، قرار محكمتي الاستئناف، وبداية حقوق عمان القاضي برد دعوى شركة مناجم لتطوير التعدين بمطالبة شركة مناجم الفوسفات الأردنية بمبلغ 91 مليون و 461 الف و 276 دينارا.
ويعتبر هذا القرار نهائيا وقطعيا، خسرت بموجبه شركة مناجم لتطوير التعدين هذه الدعوى لصالح شركة مناجم الفوسفات الأردنية.
