أعلنت شركة مناجم الفوسفات الأردنية، موافقة مجلس مفوضي هيئة الاوراق المالية بموجب قراره رقم (130/2023) في جلسته المنعقدة في الحادي والعشرين من الشهر الحالي، على طلب الشركة تسجيل أسهم الزيادة في رأس المال البالغة 165 مليون سهم، عن طريق رسملة 165 مليون دينار من رصيد الأرباح المدورة وتوزيعها كأسهم مجانية على المساهمين كل حسب نسبة مساهمته في رأس مال الشركة.
وقالت الشركة، إنه سيتم اصدار وتوزيع الأسهم المجانية على المساهمين المسجلين بسجلات الشركة كما هم بنهاية يوم الرابع من شهر حزيران المقبل، بحيث يصبح رأس مال شركة مناجم الفوسفات الأردنية 247 مليون و500 ألف سهم/دينار.
